3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.3Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the platform are monitored. ga777 reserves the right to freeze, block, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Players found to be using the ga777 platform for money laundering purposes will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds seized. ga777 may report such activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1Bonus Eligibility

These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion. A self-excluded player who attempts to circumvent exclusion by creating a new account will have the new account closed and any winnings voided.
5.2Obligation to Play Responsibly

Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other criminal financial activity
Threatening, harassing, or abusing ga777 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel
ga777 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detections are treated as confidential and investigations are conducted without advance notice to the player under review.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ga777 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of ga777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of ga777 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
8. Limitation of Liability

9. Amendments to These Terms
ga777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ga777 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or phone number on record, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ga777 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of ga777.
